- In addition to this, I will return telephone messages as quickly as possible and at the latest by the same time on the following working day.
- I will respond to letters and emails as quickly as possible and at the latest within 2 working days.
- I will attend appointments and meetings promptly as arranged.
- Moreover, I will always endeavor to under promise and over deliver on every customer interaction.
