I have completed many property valuations for various bodies and individuals since I set up my business in 1996. Since then, I have updated my skills and qualification to allow me to continue and grow my Valuation services.

In early 2015 I received REV status as an award. In line with the new European Mortgage Directive, Irish REV’s valuers carry out “Blue Book” commercial valuations as the favoured valuation standard of the European Central Bank.

To enlighten you with this, the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) IPAV is the only professional Institute in Ireland which has awarding rights to administer the Recognised European Valuer (REV) status, as governed by TEGoVA.

In addition to this, I specialize in carrying out all types of valuations in particular valuation reports for financial institutions and am on the following banks’ panel of Valuers – AIB, Permanent T.S.B, EBS, Haven.

Moreover, I carry out valuations associated with Probate, Family Law – Property Transfers, disputes, and inheritance etc.
